All sales are final. We do not accept returns or credits for any items purchased or shipped. UPS will attempt to deliver packages containing alcohol 3 times before sending it back to The Wine Exchange. The Wine Exchange is not responsible for additional shipping charges.
If a package returns, please contact us. A re-shipping fee will be applied to all orders that are sent back out. Please notify The Wine Exchange at 630-513-5577 if you have any expected delivery issues.
Any Alcohol purchased through either Uber or Drizly is not refundable. All sales are final.
